ලකුණු වැටීම සහ ලකුණු දා ගැනීම.....

මේ දෙකම එකක් ද? නැත්නම් දෙකක් ද? මට නම් හිතෙන්නේ වෙනම කාරනා 2ක් විදියටයි. මට මේක හදිස්සියේම මතක් උනේ හිතට දැනෙන සිදුවීමක් නිසයි. එත් ඒවා අමතක කරමුකෝ......

ඒත් හැමවෙලේම තරගය තියෙන්නේ ලකුණු වැටෙන අය අතරේ නෙමේ.... ලකුණු දා ගන්න මහන්සිවෙන අය අතරෙයි.... මට තේරෙන විදියට හේතුව තමයි, ලකුණු දා ගන්න මහන්සි වෙන අය ඇතුලතින් හිස්. ඉතින් එයාලා දන්නවා, කවදාවත් තමන්ට ලකුණු වැටෙන්නේ නැහැ, අනුන්ගේ ලකුණක් දා ගන්නවා ඇරෙන්න කියලා.

ලකුණු වැටෙන අය කවදාවත් වැටෙන ලකුණ ගැන හිතන්නේ නැහැ. තමන්ගේ ලකුණත්, අර හිස් මිනිසුන්ට දීලා නිකන් ඉන්නවා හැරෙන්න.....

මගේ ජීවිතේදී මට තවත් දෙයක් දකින්න ලැබෙනවා. මම අර මුලින්ම කිව්ව ලකුණු දා ගන්න මහන්සිවෙන අසරණයෝ ගැන. ඒක මම සෙන් උපමා කතාවකින්ම කිව්වොතින් පැහැදිලි වේවි. අපි මෙහෙම ඒ කතාව කියමුකෝ......

ඔන්න දවසක් සෙන් හාමුදුරුවෝ මුණ ගැසෙන්න එනවා සමාජයේ පිළිගත් උගත් මහත්මයෙක්. ගොඩක් අය උගත්කමත් එක්ක බුද්ධිමත් කම පටලවා ගන්නවා නේ. මෙයත් එහෙම කෙනෙක්. ඉතින් අර මහත්මයා ඇවිත් සෙන් හාමුදුරුවෝ එක්ක ධර්මය ගැන වාද කරලු. ඊට පස්සේ, සෙන් හාමුදුරුවන්ගෙන් භාවනා කරන්න ඕන කියල උපදෙස් ඉල්ලුවලු.

සෙන් හාමුදුරුවෝ ගෙන්න ගත්තලු කෝපි පොච්චියකුයි පිර්සි කොප්පයෙකුයි.

"මහත්තයෝ අපි කෝපි ටිකක් බොන ගමන්ම මේ ගැන කථා කරමු" කිව්වලු.  එහෙම කියලා අර මනුස්සයාගේ කෝප්පය පිරිලා ඉතිරෙනකන්ම කොපි වත් කරනවලු. දැන් කෝප්පය පිරිලා බිම දිගේත් ගලනවා. එත් හාමුදුරුවෝ තවත් කොපි වත් කරනවා.. ඉතින් අර උගත් මනුස්සයට මේක බලාගෙන ඉන්න බැරිම තැන මෙහෙම කිව්වා.....

"හාමුදුරුවනේ දැන් කෝප්පය පිරිලා ඉතිරිලා බිමත් කෝපි ගලනවා නේ?"

"ඔව්. ඔබේ හිසත් මේ පිරුණු කෝප්පය වාගේ..... කළු පාට කුණු වලින් පිරිලා. මම තවත් ධර්මය කියන්න ගියොත් මේ උණා වගේම පිරිලා ඉතිරිලා යාවි. කරුණාකර ඔබේ හිස නමැති කෝප්පය හිස් කර පැමිණෙන්න. එවිට මට අලුත් දෙයකින් එය පුරවා දිය හැකියි."

දැන් සිද්දීන් ගලපලා හිතල බලන්න.......... මම ම කියන එක හරි නැහැ නේ.... ... ....

Mini Project for Control System Design

This is mini project, suitable for biginners to study the basis of digital PID control. This design includes,

>Reference speed (desired speed) is input to the system as a variable control. In this design, it is possible to change the set point from 2500 rpm to 4530 rpm.

> A dc motor maintains the desired speed and the running speed is display in a four digits seven segment cell.

>System can display internal operating parameters through seven segment cell by pressing external button, makes it easier to understand the behavior, both design wise and operational and debugging wise.

>There is an incremental encoder to measure the actual speed of the motor & it will be feedback to the control system to maintain the reference speed.

>There is a current sensor feedback from motor driver to improve the safety of the system.

>System has facility to change the internal parameters in PID controller in the control unit. This can be achieved using external press button switches.

>Rotational direction change via external key press.

>Factory reset function. It is useful to reset all control parameters to default values.

>Soft start function reduces over shoot when the system starts from the rest state.

>Error indication via LED and seven segment display.

>In Circuit Serial Programming (ICSP) is possible via the ICSP header located in the circuit.
